According to Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) Executive Director’s Decree no.:51 from March 2, 2011, 1 292 596 newly issued shares of “Sharyn Gol” JSC that is exchanged for debt with face value of 100 tugriks have been registered to MSE listed securities registration. Conversion price of newly issued shares is 4,221 tugriks and “Firebird Mongolia Fund” LTD, ”Firebird Global Master Fund” LTD, ”Firebird Global Master Fund II” LTD will own these shares that have been issued for restricted circle.
