“Mongolian Stock Exchange” JSC Board of Directors meeting was held on the 27th April 2011 and issued the following resolutions: • With a goal of aiding interaction among capital market participants, increasing public awareness about capital markets, developing cooperation among multi-parties and helping Mongolian capital markets reach world standards, Board approved the establishment of “Capital Market Development Center” • Accepted “SG Capital” LLC and “TDB Capital” LLC as new members and granted them seats to operate in Mongolian Stock Exchange floor.
