On April 29th, 2011, “Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi” LLC has held conference in connection with initial public offering of its shares on local and foreign securities exchanges. Foreign investment banks that are currently advising “Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi” IPO process have attended the conference and gave presentations on various topics. Deutche Bank made a presentation on “Erdenes TT IPO project”, Golman Sachs on “IPO implementation plan”, BNP Paribas on “Company valuation and factors that can affect the valuation”, and Macquiarie group on “The best practices, comparison, and studies with respect to mining companies’ IPO.” B.Bold, Chairman of Board, Mongolian Stock Exchange /MSE/, has also attended the conference and gave a presentation on the past, present and future of MSE. It was followed by London Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Exchange presentations with regard to listing procedures and experiences of listing Mongolian companies in their respective exchanges.
