The Mongolian Stock Exchange/MSE/ has completed a thorough examination of official documentations for the purposes of registering “Sicilicat” JSC shares following the Financial Regulatory Committee’s Resolution No.130 of May 6th 2011, the MSE Board of Directors meeting protocol of July 6th 2011, and “Silicat” JSC official note No.421/11 of May 10th 2011. It was decided, upon MSE Chief Executive Officer’s Resolution No.140 of July 6th 2011, to register additional 16,222,300 shares of “Sicilicat” JSC at nominal price of 100 tugriks per share.
