According to Financial Regulatory Committee degree No.224 of 26th July 2011, “Berkh Uul” JSC shared interest shareholders approved to the tender offering. In accordance with decree, 99.88 percent of 19062080 total ordinary shares owned by “Firebird Global Master Fund” LLC, “Firebird Global Master Fund II” LLC, “Firebird Mongolia Fund” LLC, “Henete Resource Holding SAPL” LLC, and “Value Holding SAPL” LLC joint interest shareholders, and these joint interest shareholders set tender offering to acquire the remaining 23,033 shares (0.12 percent of the total shares issued) at “no less than 392 tugriks” which is set to own 100 percent shares of the company. The offer is valid for 60 days taking effect from 26th July 2011
