Press conference for “Mongol Meat” bond issued by “Just Argo” LLC held on September 1st, 2011 at Mongolian Stock Exchange. “Just Agro” LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of “Just Group” LLC, is issuing MNT30 billion worth of secured corporate bonds through the Mongolian Stock Exchange, whose funds will be used for purchasing raw materials, expanding the business and increasing the use of its capacity from 30 percent to 80 percent. The issue was approved by the decree No 223 of Financial Regulatory Committee of July 26th 2011 and the decree No 169 of Mongolian Stock Exchange of September 1st 2011.
