The tender process to buy all outstanding shares of “Sudut” JSC by the company’s majority owners and related parties has been implemented successfully and has been terminated on September 26th, 2011. The purchase of shares and trading of the securities have taken place in line with the regulations and policies established by the regulatory bodies. Total of 10,965 shares were purchased by the bidders throughout the tender process term. In accordance to the resolution 3/2886 issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia on October 5th, 2011, the bidders’ accounts are unfrozen.
