According to resolution No.340 of Financial regulatory commission of 23rd Nov 2011, agreed that REMICON JSC’s additional number of 39,460,000 /thirty nine million and forty six thousand/ shares which were issued under private placement with par value of 100 tugrik to be registered. Bottom price will be 190 tugrik to offer under private placement according to the resolution.
