According to the Company Law, Mongolian Securities Law and regulations of MSE and FRC, Baganuur JSC will issue addition 9,870,287 shares into market.
In accordance with the regulation of “Implement the preemptive offering of Baganuur JSC”, shareholders of Baganuur JSC, dated by 11 April 2016 have rights to use preemptive right for additional shares.
