On 04 July 2016, “Baganuur” JSC’s opening event of additional shares issuance held successfully at Mongolian Stock Exchange. During the opening event, Otgonbayar.M, CEO of “Baganuur” JSC rang the bell and Bolor.M, CEO of Mongolian Stock Exchange and delegates of “TDB Capital” LLC participated.

“Baganuur” JSC is issuing additional 9,870,287 shares and raising amount of MNT26,156,260,550. This will also reduce State’s ownership percentage 51% from 75%.
