According to the Resolution No.:1 of Board of Directors meeting, dated on 9 February 2017, “Takhi ko” JSC decided to distribute dividends sum of MNT128.5 million or MNT108.00 per share from net profit from 2016.

“Takhi ko” JSC will transfer the dividends to the shareholders’ accounts at Mongolian Central Securities Depository by 1 May 2017.
