Investors submitted 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 26-week discount bonds and 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 3-year coupon-bearing bonds, resulting in total demand of MNT 13 billion.
A total of 25,000 additional common shares, registered on the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada), have been added to the existing 65,227,554 shares.
This decision was made in accordance with Articles 6.1.1 and 6.2.10 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission, as well as Article 9.2 of the Law on the Mining Products Exchange.
“Bayanteeg” JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the return of MNT 25.2 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT 100 per share on February 13, 2017. The record date is April 3, 2017 and the dividend will be paid to the shareholder’s account held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository.
