In accordance with the provision 53.1 and 53.2 of the Company Law of Mongolia, “Uujim Khangai” JSC hereby gives a notice that the company's shareholders have become entitled to demand that the company to repurchase its shares with respect to the merger of "Standard Agriculture" LLC and "Uujim Khangai" JSC.
The shares will be repurchased at the price of MNT 250 per share until May 26, 2017. The shareholders can present their demand through their brokerage firm or by directly contacting the company.
