According to the provision 57.1 of Company Law, the provision 22 of Securities Market Law and the provision 3.1 of “FRC Rules on Tender offering to buy shares of joint stock company”, D.Shinebayar, Ts.Shinezorig, T.Batchimeg. Ts.Shinebayar and Sh.Bilguun who hold a controlling block of the shares of “Gan Kherlen” JSC, have made a tender offer to buy the outstanding 7865 units of shares at the price of MNT 3650 from other shareholders of the company.
