FRC informs that the FRC Resolution No.145 of May 9, 2012, on Revoking the License of the “Asia Pacific Securities” LLC for activities concerning to broker and dealer and suspending the License for underwriting activities in securities market, has been annulled by the Resolution No.3 of June 26, 2012 of the Supervisory Council of FRC.
