According to resolution No.283 of Financial Regulatory Committee of September 12, 2012, tender offer to purchase 43.48 percent or 206,166 remaining shares of “Mongol nekhmel” JSC at minimum of 3,293 tugrik per share, to Enkhtaivan.R,  Mandukhai.S and Enkhjin.E who own 56.52 percent or 267,998 shares out of total of 474,164 shares has been approved.

 

Tender offering will be effective for 60 business days from September 12, 2012.
