Investors submitted 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 26-week discount bonds and 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 3-year coupon-bearing bonds, resulting in total demand of MNT 13 billion.
A total of 25,000 additional common shares, registered on the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada), have been added to the existing 65,227,554 shares.
This decision was made in accordance with Articles 6.1.1 and 6.2.10 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission, as well as Article 9.2 of the Law on the Mining Products Exchange.
According to the Resolution No.: 161 of Financial Regulatory Commission dated on August 8, 2017, “Darkhan Hotel” JSC will implement a share split of 100-for-1 which will result in increase of shares to a total of 8,945,300 units with par value of MNT1.0 per share from 89,453 units with par value of MNT100.
