In order to promote the capital market development and support Mongolian companies to raise capital in the capital market and become publicly listed, Mongolian stock exchange has decided to discount its listing fees for one year starting from 13 September 2012. Companies that are being initially listed at the stock exchange shall be provided 30% discount whereas the companies issuing additional shares shall be provided 50% discount on their listing fees.
