1.    'SANAR' LLC’S LICENSE FOR BROKERAGE AND SECURITIES DEALING ACTIVITIES REINSTATED
Under FRC Resolution No.296 of October 10, 2012, 'Sanar' LLC’s license to conduct brokerage and securities dealing activities has been reinstated. The company’s license was suspended by FRC Resolution No.144 of May 6, 2011 due to the violation of clause 27.3.2 of the Securities Markets Law of Mongolia and its failure to remedy the violation.
2.   'FINANCE LINK GROUP' LLC’S LICENSE FOR UNDERWRITING ACTIVITIES REVOKED
Under FRC Resolution No.297 of October 10, 2012, 'Finance Link Group' LLC’s license to conduct underwriting activities has been revoked according to the clause 8.2.3 of the FRC ‘Regulation on Licensing for Professional Activities in Securities Market’.
