In accordance with Section 8.2 of the “Regulation on Trading of Mining Products on the Exchange,” the cancelled trading session will be rescheduled and conducted on the same day, May 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM, under the same terms and conditions.
The primary market auction will be held on May 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM. A total of 50,000 units of discount securities and 50,000 units of coupon-bearing securities, each with a nominal value of MNT 100,000, will be offered to the public, aiming to raise MNT 10.0 billion in total.
According to the FRC Resolution No.: 240 dated 15 December 2017, "Khutulyn Cement Shokhoi" JSC's additional 2,751,388,203 shares with nominal price of MNT100.00 per share have been registered for the purpose of debt-to-equity conversion.
