Necessary changes which have been proposed during the first discussion are to be discussed and made by Standing Committee of Economics and other associated committees as a preparation for the second Parliamentary hearing.  

     The Draft "Securities Markets Law” is very important legal document for Mongolian capital markets that will enable to exercise international standards and will become the detailed regulation on dual listing, IPO process and professional services in the securities market. Furthermore, Securities Markets Law will be the core mechanism for implementing good corporate governance, issuer’s obligation and post trading settlement. It contains regulation of the securities market such as creation of new financial instruments such as derivatives, convertible securities, and depository receipts and custodians, and this regulation creates major importance to domestic market in line with international standards and will impact positively to the development of Mongolian economy.
