'UB-BUK' JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT131.5 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT1.00 per share on February 14, 2019. The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by the record date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the dividends will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from June 01, 2019.
