According to the provision No.:57.1 of Company Law, “Khukhuu Agrotech” LLC, a controlling block holder of "Bayalag Sumber" JSC, has made a tender offer to buy 7,496 shares at MNT3.0 per share from other shareholders of the company.

The proposed number of shares:             64,661 or 89.6%

The starting date of the offer:                   April 29th, 2019

The ending date of the offer:                    May 29th, 2019

The payment date:                                     May 30th, 2019
