In relation to the decision of Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of “Bayalag sumber” JSC of July 1, 2019 to change its official name and amend its Charter, the Company name has been changed to "Global Life Technology" JSC by the CEO Order No.A/60 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated August 20, 2019 and the FRC Chairman Order of November 14, 2019.
