According to the shareholders meeting of “Bayan Aldar” JSC held on April 8, 2019, the company made decision to divide the company’s shares into 50 shares in total and sent enquires to Financial regulatory commission to make changes in securities register.

Therefore, according to the official notification of No 22 of state inspector of Financial regulatory commission dated January 16, 2020 “Bayan Aldar” JSC’s securities trading has been suspended starting from January 17, 2020.
