- Rockwool factory extention – MNT 2.5 billion
- Power substation – MNT 1.1 billion
- Factory construction – MNT 680.0 million
- Machinery – MNT 330.0 billion
- Equipments for Basalt carrier - MNT 40.9 million
- Machinery for Basalt carrier - MNT 210.0 million
- Raw material reserves for 4 months - MNT 599.0 million
- Repayment of long-term loan -MNT 496.5 million
