In accordance with Board Resolution No.:03 of "Khurd" JSC dated February 17, 2020, "Khurd" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 72.3 million to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 535.0 per share. The record date is March 2, 2020 and the dividends will be distributed to shareholders within the second quarter of 2020.
