Investors submitted 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 26-week discount bonds and 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 3-year coupon-bearing bonds, resulting in total demand of MNT 13 billion.
A total of 25,000 additional common shares, registered on the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada), have been added to the existing 65,227,554 shares.
This decision was made in accordance with Articles 6.1.1 and 6.2.10 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission, as well as Article 9.2 of the Law on the Mining Products Exchange.
In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 04/2020 of "Ulaanbaatar Khivs" JSC dated February 17, 2020, "Ulaanbaatar Khivs" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 121.4 million to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 300 per share. The record date is March 06, 2020 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository during the days between May 01-15, 2020.
