In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 20/37 of "Ard Financial Group" JSC dated February 18, 2020, "Ard Financial Group" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 1.0 billion to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 34.95 per share.
