In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 01 of "Bayangol Hotel" JSC dated February 11, 2020, "Bayangol Hotel" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 152.3 million to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 360.00 per share. The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be distributed to shareholders starting from September 1, 2020.
