In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 01 of "Makh Impex" JSC dated February 19, 2020, "Makh Impex" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 456.0 million to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 120.00 per share. The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from October 01, 2020.
