In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 01 of "Genco Tour Bureau" JSC dated February 19, 2020, "Genco Tour Bureau" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 799.8 million to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 10.00 per share. The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be paid to shareholders through the MCSD.
