In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 02/01 of "Darkhan Selengiin Dulaan Tugeekh Suljee" JSC dated February 19, 2020, "Darkhan Selengiin Dulaan Tugeekh Suljee" JSC announced that the Company will distribute dividend of MNT 37.73 per share from its net profit for the year of 2019. The record date is March 20, 2020 and the dividends will be distributed on September 2, 2020.
