In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 03 of "Gutal" JSC dated February 18, 2020, "Gutal" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 2.4 billion from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 1,520 per share. The record date is March 13, 2020 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from May 05, 2020.
