In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 07.19 of "Arig Gal" JSC dated February 19, 2020, "Arig Gal" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 130.9 million from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 38.92 per share. The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from June 1, 2020.
