In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 01/2020 of "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC dated January 27, 2020, "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 960 million which is 30% of its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 4.8 per share. The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from June 24, 2020.
