Based on Financial Regulatory Commission resolution no.:414 of 11 November, 2013, clause 57 of Mongolian Stock Exchange’s “Listing rules” and listing examination conducted according to the request of “Darkhan khuns” (MSE:DHU) JSC and according to the Mongolian Stock Exchange Chief Executive Officer’s decree no.:30, of 7 February 2014, “Darkhan khuns” JSC’s total number of shares were increased to  617,718 shares with the additional issue of 239,943 shares, that were converted from debt.
