In order to prevent from the spread of COVID-19 virus, "APU" JSC decided to hold the shareholders' meeting online at 2 pm on April 20, 2020. The announcement stated that shareholders should register for the meeting at the company website of www.apu.mn no later than 12am on April 17, 2020 and will be provided with the internet link, password and voting instructions by email.
