In order to prevent from the spread of COVID-19 virus, "ASBI" JSC decided to hold the shareholders meeting online at 10:00 am on April 24, 2020, along with the FRC's recent recommendation. 

The company's announcement states that shareholders who are unable to participate in the shareholders' meeting, can vote through their brokerage company no later than 6pm on April 23, 2020.
