In order to prevent from the spread of COVID-19 virus, "Takhi Ko" JSC decided to hold the shareholders meeting online at 10:00 am on April 30, 2020, along with the FRC's recent recommendation. 

The company's announcement states that shareholders who are unable to participate in the shareholders' meeting, can vote either through their brokerage company or in person at the company no later than April 28, 2020.
