The Board of Directors of ‘Ard Credit NBFI’ JSC decided to distribute 50 percent from its net profit of 2019, which is MNT 4.23 per share as dividends by its resolution No.: 2020/4, dated on February 19, 2020, however, ‘Ard Credit NBFI’ JSC distributed dividends total of MNT 1.09 billion or MNT 3.90 to 1,642 shareholders through the Central Securities Depository due to the audit adjustment.
