According to the information received from Erdene Resource Development Corp. on June 09, 2020, the Company completed an independent Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for the 100%-owned, highgrade, open-pit Khundii Gold Project in southwest Mongolia. The ESIA was prepared in accordance with the Performance Requirements of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development by Sustainability East Asia LLC, in consortium with Ramboll Australia Pty Ltd and Eco Trade LLC.
