Due to the fire at the building of ‘Ulsiin Ikh Delguur’ JSC, Mongolian Stock Exchange sent an official letter to the company on June 08, 2020, requesting clarifications about the emergency situation, such as the amount of damage caused, whether the company had insurance coverage and further actions to be taken. The response to the letter is summarised below:

• In order to determine the extent of the damage from fire, we are working with the National Emergency Management Agency, Metropolitan Professional Inspection Department, National Institute of Forensic Science, police officers, and experts from the insurance company. The extent of the damage has not yet been determined.
• ‘Ulsiin Ikh Delguur’JSC has insurance coverage by ‘Nomin Insurance’ LLC for real estate and corporate insurance respectively.
• Further notices will be made after an official conclusion is received.
