Based on Financial Regulatory Commission Resolutions No.:114, 115, 116, 117 and 118, dated on 9 April 2014, article No,: 8, 9, 10 of Charter of Mongolian Stock Exchange, clause No.:6.3 of “Membership Rule” of MSE, “Monkhan trade” LLC, “Niki” LLC, “Tenger securities” LLC, “Ten D Sec” LLC and “UGS” LLC’s membership rights have been terminated by the decree No.:59 of CEO of MSE on 15 April 2014.

Due to termination of membership, the companies’ clients will be transferred to other brokerage companies according to the relevant legislation.
