In accordance with the decision of the Mongolbank dated June 23, 2020 on approving the merger of Trade and Development Bank and Ulaanbaatar City Bank, the shareholding of 10 percent or 2,070,912 shares of the "MIK Holding" JSC have been transferred from the Ulaanbaatar City Bank to the Trade and Development Bank. 

Consequentially, the Trade and Development Bank's ownership in the "MIK Holding" JSC has reached 19.99 percent.
