According to the Resolution No.: 02 of ‘Bayangol Hotel’ JSC dated on September 30, 2020, the Company decided to postpone the dividends distribution until the dividends payment date of 2021. This Board of Meeting Resolution was received by Mongolian Stock Exchange on December 16, 2020.
