According to the Clause No.: 49 of the Company Law of Mongolia, ‘Ard Credit NBFI’ JSC implemented the Resolution No.: 2020/35 of Board of Directors meeting of dated on December 21, 2020, to purchase 6,439,552 shares for MNT 65 per share which are worth MNT 418,570,880 from the shareholder Bayarjargal.
