‘Makh Impex’ JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 304 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT 80.00 per share on February 9, 2021. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be paid at the Company Office starting from October 1, 2021.
