Investors submitted 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 26-week discount bonds and 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 3-year coupon-bearing bonds, resulting in total demand of MNT 13 billion.
A total of 25,000 additional common shares, registered on the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada), have been added to the existing 65,227,554 shares.
This decision was made in accordance with Articles 6.1.1 and 6.2.10 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission, as well as Article 9.2 of the Law on the Mining Products Exchange.
‘Ulaanbaatar khivs’ JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 242.8 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT 600.00 per share on February 9, 2021.
The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by March 03, 2021 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within in June of 2021.
