According to the Clause 46.5 of Company Law of Mongolia, Board of Directors shall have to decide the matter of distribution of dividends within fifty (50) days after the end of the financial year. As of February 10, 2021, the following companies announced that they will not distribute dividends due to the financial and pandemic situation:

13. ‘Ard Financial Group’ JSC

14. ‘Global Life Technology’ JSC

15. ‘Mongoliin Khugjul Undesnii Negdel’ JSC

16. ‘Mik Holding’ JSC

17. ‘Mongol Shiltgeen’ JSC
